• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all taxes.

• Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateway Razorpay.

• Alvonn does not store, access, or share your card or banking details.

5. Orders & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled because processing starts immediately.

• Alvonn reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

If Alvonn cancels the order, a refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timeline is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.

7. Return & Exchange Policy (7–10 Days)

Alvonn offers 7–10 days return/exchange for the following cases:

• Product is unused and unwashed

• All original tags and packaging are intact

• You received the wrong item, damaged item, or wrong size

Returns NOT accepted if:

• Product is used, washed, or damaged

• Tags are missing

• Customised orders

• Accessories

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality check approval.

• Alvonn never shares customer data with any third party except shipping partners and Razorpay (only for order processing).

• All user information is stored securely.
